Fitters were fantastic Great professional job and were clean and tidy  Filled in plaster and silicon where minor knocks had happened and removed all old products and waste  Would recommended

Over the past 3 years Premier have fitted 2 external doors and a window for us. On every occasion the service has been excellent, from the initial visit through to the fitting.

I have used this company many times over the last 20 years for my house renovations in a range of different properties. The prices are always competitive and the workmanship of the installations excellent. Their teams of fitters are knowledgeable and efficient, working swiftly and always leave the place clean and tidy. Doors can naturally drop a little once used for a while, especially when the seasons change, they return to make the adjustments quickly, I have never had any problems getting them to return to solve minor issues, sometimes years after the installation!

From first conversation ,service was first class! quick response on quotation to Windows being fitted very professional top communication would highly recommend for a stress free experience for start to finish 10/10

From the man who did the measuring to the man who fitted the door the staff were very professional and really friendly. They did a fabulous job and the door is just what I wanted.

We had 4 new windows fitted in one day by two very helpful and courteous guys who did a tremendous job, clearing away all the rubbish and old windows and leaving everything spick and span. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. We are extremely pleased with the finished result at a very good price too.

Visitors had damaged the mechanism on two of my tilt and turn windows. Premier really gave excellent service and prioritised the job to make sure the house was secure. Both windows are now fully functional and all for a reasonable cost. Well done to the whole team. Highly recommended

I am so pleased with my new windows. I chose hardwood which not many companies supply these days. They were fitted expertly by 2 obviously experienced craftsmen. They have retained the character of my old house. It's warmer and quieter! Can't recommend this company high enough!

The whole experience from visiting the showroom to having the door fitted was stress free. We needed a low threshold door to allow wheelchair access .It is nice to go somewhere explain what you need, have someone listen & understand what was required & not try to sell you things you don't want. Then take great care to ensure the work was done as soon as possible with everything required done, no fuss . Every representative arrived for appointment at time arranged & the fitters were very neat tidy in their work with no disruption to us.

The whole process was swift and professional. The new windows look great. Unfortunately the glass was slightly marked, this was spotted by the installer and replacement glass was soon on its way. All in all I was very happy with the job, so much so I have now ordered a door!

Very happy with our choice of company to supply & fit composite door.  We shopped around but found the quality of the doors better than others at similar a price. Sales staff extremely helpful, no hard sales techniques! And quite happy for me and my husband to keep changing our minds until we were both in agreement. Contractors arrived on time and put protective sheets down before commencing work, they were both polite & courteous, site was left clean and tidy.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family company.

I had twelve casement windows, a bay window, two back doors and two French doors installed. From planning to completion, my experience was that this company took very good care care of me, providing exactly what I required, and the quality of workmanship was truly excellent. From start to finish really good communication with EVERYONE involved, as a returning customer and moving house we did not hesitate in recommending them to ourselves👍 The fitting of two triple glazed windows, back and front door and cladding above one window only took three days. We had two doors and a window replaced and couldn't be happier. Staff were friendly and thorough and the quality is top notch. Highly recommended.

Two staff turned up promptly and set about fitting my new composite doors front and back. Some aspects of the fit were a challenge due to the existing sill on the front door but the finished job looks great. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for a window / door company , try this one, no Pushy sales men, come and do the job on time, clean up after.[even hovered the hall], took away all the old doors and glass. and told me to ring if any think I was not happy with, and they would come and fix it. will use this company again if I need any think replacing

Just had 7 windows, front door and patio doors fitted and all I need to say is that it was a first class service from a family run first class company. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their windows and doors.

Dave and Rhys arrived punctually, and cracked on with the job. Polite and efficient, and helped with decisions on finer points. Our house is now fully fitted with double glazing and new door. We'd choose Premier again, local friendly service, and premier products.

We ordered some windows for our house and was told would be about eight weeks for delivery. I was contacted well before that to say the windows were in and arrange a convenient date, to us. Fitters were excellent and did a fantastic job of clearing up. Unfortunately I discovered there was a scratch on one of the panes of glass. The fitters assured me they would be replacing it and had taken photographs and would write in their report when they get back to the office. This was confirmed so we paid in full. the pane of glass has arrived within a fortnight and was installed by Premier Windows to swap over. If you have a problem you need to know a company will deal with it efficiently and they did!

We needed to replace our old conservatory and originally I wanted a new one with a solid roof. Unfortunately because of the building regulations this wasn't possible. However I am really pleased with the glass roof we now have. The work was all carried out professionally and time was taken to explain everything to us about what was and wasn't possible. We were kept informed about what was going to happen and when. And they kept to the agreed timetable. The new conservatory makes the back of the house look much better.

From the service and planning in the showroom, to the surveyor and the fitters it is a brilliant company to deal with. Prices are competitive and the products are excellent. They have good ideas and solutions and don't try and push the sale. The fitters themselves are brilliant and turn up bang on time and work quickly and tidy up so well after themselves. have used them twice in the last year for windows and patio doors and will use them again for other work in the near future.

Initial contact was good because it's only this year that premier Windows have been able to provide powder coated Aluminium. But as it turned out we had a family bereavement and had to postpone till this year.

I was treated well and very pleased with goods. The fitter I had (MIke) was a nice person and did an excellent job. I will continue to employ this firm, when I am able to afford it.

The salesman was very helpful and informative and answered all our questions. We requested that we would like the door fitted before Christmas if possible, and we were very pleased that they were able to do this. The fitters arrived on time and the job was completed on the same day. They also cleared up the area and everything was left as they had found it and made sure we were happy with the work. All staff of Premier are very friendly and a pleasure to have around the house. In recommending to a friend, neighbour or visitors to the house we would make it clear that for us it was a major building project and one has to be realistic about the amount of time such a project can take.There will always be slight problems that take time to work through. The subcontractor's/tradesmen's work was excellent, but once again managing such people will always take time. We are very happy with the end result but would recommend that you heed the advice given to us by a friend that 'Rome wasn't built in a day'. You will find companies who are quicker but are they better? I think not!

Had work and installation in the part - always very professional + friendly. Some with work at my daughters. Would never use anyone else.
