You can only marvel at the many qualities a set of bi-folding doors possess. The attention to detail in the design is quite astonishing, particularly those sleek sightlines that enable it to accommodate significantly large pieces of glass. Visually, your home will look an entirely different proposition and the way you utilise it will change forever. You really couldn’t make more of a fashionable statement.
One of the most attractive aspects of bi-folding doors isn’t just how remarkable they look but also how wonderfully easy they slide and fold. You will get an immense amount of pleasure from manoeuvring them along the stainless-steel track because the doors almost feel as though they are gliding across. A small brush on one end of the track helps make them so easy to operate as it keeps it free from dirt.

A gentle push is sufficient to make a bi-folding door move from one end of its stainless-steel track to the other. New avenues will arise upon it being added to your home.

The sliding operation of a bi-folding door relies on a high-quality stainless-steel track on which quad rollers, which are fitted to the door leafs, glide along in elegant fashion. The same quad rollers are fitted with a small brush on one end to keep the tracks free of dust and dirt.Bi-Fold Low Threshold
Low level thresholds increase the ease of access for everyone involved. An optional outer and inner ramp can be added on to the threshold to further enhance the accessibility for wheelchair users.Security is intertwined with style…
The security-conscious homeowner, which every householder should be, will be happy to hear that our bi-folding door has a multi-point locking mechanism. As soon as the lock is engaged, doing so at several points and in several directions, the door sash stays completely fixed to the door frame.
The toughened double glazed or triple window units make a bi-folding door so hard to break and the glass in these units is energy efficient. Tested cylinder locks are housed by high security master handles to ward off potential intrusion and keep homes safe from thieves.

We’ll configure the design in a way that fits your home setup…
We can configure our Bi-Folding doors to suit whatever aperture there is available at your home. If you really want to be extravagant then why not have a design that incorporates seven door leafs, however, if you are limited for space, you can always still stick to the classic two-door leafed option. Just tell our team your preference and leave it to them to craft a perfect solution.
Coloured finishes that you just can’t miss…
Choosing a suitable colour for your Bi-Folding doors will likely take some time as we have a considerable number of finishes available including traditional and modern offerings.
You can’t go wrong with a classic white or black, however you can also have a timber effect finish applied which will give the doors a wood-like aesthetic. If that appeals, then you will be pleased to know that you can have woodgrain effects in Walnut, Rosewood and Oak.
The handle has such an important role to play…
Most bi-folding door configurations need three separate types of handles. A pass door and integrated French door requires a master handle that will house the cylinder lock and help to engage the multi-point lock when the bi-folding door is closed shut.
A D-handle and intermediate handle will be necessary for each door leaf. The principle behind the intermediate handle is that it releases the folding panes from the door frame when it’s being opened and then re-engages them when it’s being closed. The D-handle is there to push or pull the folding panes – whichever is appropriate. Our hardware collection also includes modern and traditional master handles – colour match them with our intermediate and D-handles.
